We’re pleased to announce that Scout, Miller Heiman Group’s sales analytics platform based on the Strategic Selling with Perspective™ and Conceptual Selling sales methodologies, now integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The move to expand Scout’s reach came from the demands of the current sales technology landscape. Along with the existing Salesforce integration, Scout allows even more sales professionals to see the move that moves the deal.

“When Scout launched in 2018, the positive feedback we received from clients was overwhelming; they all wanted technology to reinforce their methodology,” said Miller Heiman Group CEO Byron Matthews. “With the launch of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration and the existing Salesforce integration, Miller Heiman Group now seamlessly connects Scout to the largest segments of the CRM universe. This growth is pivotal to helping the sales industry better monitor pipeline, utilize data and grow revenue.”

The mobile-first, subscription-based sales technology connects seamlessly with both CRMs; customers can also purchase Scout as a standalone product without connectivity to a CRM.

Integrating Scout with a company’s existing CRM system allows sellers to truly focus on selling by minimizing time spent on administrative tasks and data entry in their sales technology tools.

The platform provides visibility for sales leaders to see seller activity that most closely results in higher win rates and larger deal sizes  – ultimately helping see where company time and investments should be made.
